Here's how it happened: Everyone at Curious knows that I like making and solving puzzles, so we thought "What would go more perfectly with Justin's Daily Curios than a weekly puzzle from Thai?".
Answer: "Bacon-flavored coffee with a side of coffee-flavored bacon. But otherwise, absolutely nothing. Let's do a weekly puzzle from Thai."
So here we go… Straight from the Think-Outside-The-Box division, here are the first 13 letters sorted into four categories:
- AM
- BCDEK
- FGJL
- HI
How are the rest of the letters distributed?
Click through for the answer.
Did you Think-Outside-the-Box? The answer actually comes from the shape (i.e., "form", get it?) of the letters. As "wicked smaht" Curious user Kyle E. efficiently described it:
- Symmetrical about a vertical line
- Symmetrical about a horizontal line
- Asymmetrical (or at least not about the vertical or horizontal line)
- Symmetrical about both a vertical and horizontal line
Which means, the full groups are:
- AMTUVWY
- BCDEK
- FGJLNPQRSZ
- HIOX
Congrats if you got it! Also, congrats if you didn't get it, but you managed to try the bacon-flavored coffee and didn't feel sick afterward.
